01
I can work across three languages
Spanish is the language I can use to understand where many Latin American learners are coming from. French and English are the languages we can build together. That makes it easier to compare, explain and keep a conversation moving.
03
I know food from the inside
Cooking is not a gimmick I added to language lessons. It comes from my professional life in hospitality and kitchens, and from the way I naturally connect food, people and conversation.
04
I've lived outside one language
Living and working internationally taught me that language is tied to habits, humour, politeness, expectations and context. Those things are part of becoming comfortable, too.
